"They have not provided a complete and correct declaration. By that I mean they have not included all of the nuclear programs that they've had, they've not included all of the nuclear facilities that they've had," Hill said. "So just in those two areas alone, there were some omissions."
Sasae said they reaffirmed that the U.S. realizes Japan's stance that there must be progress in resolving the North's abductions of Japanese nationals and its desire that Washington should not take Pyongyang off its list of state sponsors of terrorism. But the two did not discuss the issue in further detail.
