北方領土にロシアのビザで入った姜昌一は、西岡力氏によれば、「職業反日家」というべき人物で、親北左翼野党・民主党の1回生議員、さして影響力もないという。他の二人については、国基研朝鮮問題研究会の韓国専門家の誰一人知らなかった。そんな程度の議員に、制裁(入国禁止など)を科せないようでは話にならない。
